RETURNS POLICY

all items go through a rigorous three stage vetting & checking process to ensure each sold item leaves our warehouse in an as listed, fit for purpose, best possible quality condition.

in the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact info@beanbyjess.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

we offer 100% money back guarantee if the item/s purchased are: not as described & imaged, not the correct item, not fit for purpose, have a major fault which was not indicated in the listing and/or images, and/or cannot be replaced. 

if we agree upon this criteria, we will pay for the return of the item/s and refund your purchase in full once the item/s are received back into our warehouse. 

we DO NOT accept refunds/returns for change of mind, ill fit or lost in transit. all purchases are made with the understanding that they are second-hand, recycled, pre-loved and/or dead stock and therefore, not brand new. 

whilst we take every effort to ensure the quality & cleanliness of our stock, some items may have blemishes, production faults, minor wear & tear, or missing embellishments. where possible, any flaws are noted within the description & images. notwithstanding this, all items are purchased as is. we are not responsible for any potential wear & tear issues post delivery.
